The Leadership Team serves HBC through leadership and oversight of all aspects of church life.
Because we recognise the Lord Jesus Christ as the Head of the Church, we look to Him as the ultimate Leader (1 Peter 5:4). Practically, this means seeking His will together on crucial issues, through sharing, discussion and prayer in bi-monthly Church Members Meetings.
The Leadership Team reflects something of the cultural diversity of the congregation.
